This event unites and brings into dialogue different women to discuss the ways in which their work reflects on their nomadic, diverse and transnational life-experiences. Focusing on two women artists in conversation with two Latin Americanist women scholars from the Department of Spanish, we shall explore migration stories and representations of identities that challenge stereotypes of the Latin American region.

Join Latin American filmmaker Lina Rodriguez and author Gabriela Wiener , in conversation with St Andrews scholars Karol Valderrama-Burgos and Liliana Chávez-Díaz, for a powerful and informative evening.
